Returns
We aim to please as such we want to make returning items that didn't make you happy as easy as possible.
We will accept returns up to 14 days after your order has been delivered
We are happy to accept returns of any item as long as it's unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should post your product to: Ambrose & Brid O’Halloran Aisling Cregboy Claregalway Co Galway H91 Y77N. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.
Postage costs for damaged goods will be refunded. If you are shipping any item(s) of value, you should consider using An Post parcel post with a Track and Trace.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & that we are processing your refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Exchanges
If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we are happy to exchange an item for you as long as it's unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
